On Tuesday, July 27, 2010, State Police personnel assigned to the Investigative Support Services Building (ISSB), located on the Headquarters Complex in North Scituate, completed their move out of the ISSB and into the new Headquarters Building located on the same complex. This move was necessary to allow for the razing of the ISSB and subsequent construction of the plaza area in front of the new Headquarters Complex.

The new Headquarters Building is fully functional and accessible to those who need to respond to the facility for business with the State Police. The official Grand Opening of the new Headquarters complex in tentatively scheduled to be held on Friday, October 15, 2010. Additional information regarding the Grand Opening will be released as this date draws near.
